Sarah Slater is a tour guide at Hampton Court Palace, a guide lecturer and a public speaker. After 23 years in retail banking, Sarah joined Historic Royal Palaces in 2008, as a warder and guide at Hampton Court. She has a particular interest in the human stories of those who have lived and worked within the palace walls.

Her lecture is a very popular one. Sarah wears one of her beautiful costumes to present her PowerPoint presentation with images telling the tales of all the naughty bits of history you would probably not have learnt about at school!
Sarah discusses the monarchs, their royal mistresses and methods of contraception of the time.
